We are based in Dublin and serve the Greater Dublin Area, Leinster and Connaught. Our assessors are highly trained and fully SEI registered. We are equipped to carry out assessments new builds and existing properties for homeowners and landlords alike and can offer discounts when carrying out ratings on multiple properties.

As part of our service we can advise our clients on the most efficient ways to improve their energy rating, reduce energy costs and increase the value of their property. There are also a number of Grant schemes available to assist with the implementation of Energy efficient technologies including solar and we can assist our clients on the selection of those most appropriate to their needs.
